I didn&#039;t have any cream...the egg whites are used in mousse quite often as far as I know...at least that is how I used to make it when I cooked for a fraternity!! yup..you heard me right...

the coconut milk is really great...it makes great ice cream and I&#039;d had that before from a health food store...very creamy and you actually don&#039;t taste the coconut in this recipe oddly enough.</description>
