The ground cumin is a good idea! I had thought about that originally; however, I didn’t have any – I thought I did. If you give it a try please post a reply and let us know how it goes.

Hey, I think those tacos are great! I like the spices you used. I’d make these just like you did, but with a little ground cumin.

I figured it was time for me to post something. I was very surprised to see how well the spices worked. With a bit more experimenting I think there is something really good in the making here.

I maintain that the best part of globalization is the fusion food that has resulted from it. Tacos are totally free form and so you can fill them with whatever you want. This filling especially sounds delicious! Beef actually goes incredibly well with Indian spices. And I love the cottage cheese idea. Good stuff.
