WC - I do too and what's the best thing about it is that there are so many variations you can do. Add a meat of your choice with a larger tortilla, or even add rice inside the chimi. . .side with sour cream and avocado - just endless possibilties!

Noted.

For the longest I have a problem with one flavor sticking out in my dishes, took me awhile to figure out what I was doing wrong. (not understanding th interaction of flavors)

The difference is probably more in the consistency - the wheat is slightly thicker. But it doesn't change the overall taste as there is a lot of flavor in the filling.

Thanks! Glad to be here :-)

Wow, you sure are busy!

You noted the whole wheat tortillas vs. flour - how significant is the influence on overall taste on the dish?

I guess asked in a different manner - does the whole wheat taste really sick out?

Again, nice work with all your posting. I'm very happy that you have joined the site. Keep it up!
