@WC - I&#039;m sorry you are crab-limited.  What sea food do you have access to?  Lobster would work, crawdads and or shrimp may work as well.  Just a thought!</description>

		<description>Holy crap, Van.  This looks ridiculously outstanding!  I love crab so much, but can&#039;t get it here without paying $100 for a box of King Crab legs, or $5 for a tin that isn&#039;t even mainly claw meat! I am so frustrated sometimes living in the boonies!</description>

		<description>This looks fantastic!  I love the fact that there is kick to it.  I usually add red pepper to my pastas for that though but I&#039;m sure this does the trick too.  I also like the fact that the sauce isn&#039;t too thick (and of course, I wonder if that is significant in terms of calories).  Very nice - crab is one of my absolute favorites!</description>
