this is the book we have…I didn’t even remember it was vegetarian…but I have always eaten lots of veggie food…haven’t seen it around since we moved…I hope we still have it.

this one isn’t exclusively Indian actually, but some of her others are.

it’s really good stuff…she’s got a ton of cookbooks though…browse Amazon…she’s very well respected…I imagine all her books are good.

Yep, NEVER had it. =) I was very happy with how it turned out. There were plenty of left-overs and that is what I’ll be having tomorrow… along with some home made naan!

No, I’ve never heard of Madhur Jaffrey. I’m always up for good sources, can you suggest any specific book?

looks killer…I love Indian food…I was surprised, given that you live with an Indian food expert that you wouldn’t have had this…

Have you ever looked at Madhur Jaffrey’s cookbooks? she is wonderful…I’ve used her recipes for Indian pretty much exclusively.
